      I went with the Best of Times Travel to the Balloon Festival at *********************, ** on 9/20/2024. Best of Times had no plan and was very disorganized. We went to the Festival on 9/21/024 and the traffic was notorious. It was a Saturday and Best of Times did not allow for the traffic. They did not realize people were homes from work and no school. By the time we arrived at the Festival the balloon lift-off was over, vendors were packing up to leave, and it was dark. The purpose of this trip was to see the balloons lift-off and we never saw them lift-off.

      Deposit on bus trip on4/20/23 Williamsburg Va after booking trip informed trip required a lot of walking ton tour I’m no alblebto participate because I’m not ambulatory enough use cane & walker to get around did not get money back because Kevin Treet owner of Best of times travel Laconia new hamp said my deposit was covered by Chubb insurance which has not paid anything have claim but not approved deposit refund
