    I currently rent out two units to a company who does rental airbitrage on Airbnb, VRBO. We had a number of incidents of smoking in the property. Eventually, I got FreshAir and one day after a booking, we got a smoking alert. We verified with our front door camera that the guest was coming in and out of house with a cigarette in mouth. This was really helpful. I immediately contacted the host about it, and so far, we see that no smoking alerts have occurred since then. Hopefully, this was a warning to ensure it does not happen again. Glad we have this sensor. However, it's a bit too expensive. You have to get 50 units in order to purchase. Hopefully, they can make a more customer-friendly purchase options.
