      We have asked, tried to negotiate, and been very cooperative with the team at InnSeason and Pollard Brook. We just want out of the timeshare. We have offered to settle, etc, but they won't even do that. We have read online that with ********* companies who refuse to allow you to settle out; then the next best thing is to stop paying them. It does some credit damage, but it costs them more money in the long run with collections, legally transferring the deed, etc. It is a shame that a company like InnSeason won't negotiate or allow us an exit path. But, thus today's business world...even the hospitality industry.

      First of all, this business is suspicious; I am one of the vacation share holder and their name to the customers is not '**********************', but ********************************************* to start with.I share only one week during the summer at this resort and their maintenance fee is ridiculously high; $713.19.Plus because I was late to pay the maintenance fee for a few months late, they charged me $1019.00!Every time I call, they treat me as if I am one of the criminals, actually, they might be the one since their name is different on the business bureau and to the customers.I suspect a possible tax invasion and the way they charge so-called 'late fee' is ridiculous since they have never sent me proper information about these late fees and how they have become accused to whopping $1019.00 in three months!Is this right?
