    Hi. I did finally hear from Family Dollar - their regional manager called and apologized. They sent me a gift card for part of the money owed me and my credit card dispute took care of the remaining amount owed. I thank you greatly for your help in this matter.

    ld do - said I had to go through **************************. She said she was not allowed to mail me the original receipt that they have so I have no way to get a refund!! I live clear in ****! 6/2 I filed report with my credit card company for the $28 dollars that was erroneously recharged to my card and do not know if they will remove that charge but I am still owed the other $28 from the original purchase.
