    I got what I ordered which I saw a good deal and I knew that there was additional coins being sent for me to preview and purchase or send back with the prepaid label and I decided to purchase them because they were great additions to any coin collection for a good price as well

    Bait and switch scammers. Purchased a set of pennies for $1 through a ******** Ad and the pennies came with a bunch of other coins to look at a a preview that I either have to send back or get charged $29.99. I never agreed to preview coins or to pay return shipping. I bought what I bought as a gift and now my friend is stuck with this hassle. I've looked at the companies FAQ sheet and they don't discuss previewing coins or how to cancel the subscription. It's shady tactics like these that are ruining it for people looking to make legitimate purchases with long term reputable companies. Just because the company has been around for many generations doesn't mean they still abide by the same ethics and standards that the companies founding owners began with. The purchase I made had no disclaimer that I was opting into a subscription model were random coins would be sent to preview at my expense. Their A+ isn't accurate on BBB because most people don't take the time to follow through with complaints and issues. Just like people don't take the time or forget about 15 day previews and then get stuck with a bill they never wanted to begin with. Money is hard earned and they are stealing it from unexpected people.

We regret that wasn't clear to you. There was no obligation to purchase anything else & we did include an ****************** paid label to return anything you didn't wish to purchase.     The Product itself was great, however I was caught off guard when I received more than just what I ordered. I thought they sent me freebies but then I looked closer and realized I had to send the other stuff back! watch when your order comes in, that would've cost me an extra $30!

    I have a few coin albums from H E ****** and ******* that I bought before doing business with Littleton. Now I only get my albums from Littleton because of their superior quality and durability. Also I buy most of my coins at auctions or coin shows, but when I can't find a coin I need anywhere else I can always find it at Littleton.
