I contracted and financed a tub/shower to walk-in. In the beginning everything was ok, the folks I dealt with were pleasant. The 1 man who demoed the bathroom as well, as the 2 who did the install were great. They were on time, polite and cleaned up- no complaints there. Then a short time after the install the shower doors were installed backwards, that every time it was used the water would run along the edge of the shower pan, then stream under the vanity. So I took pics and then contacted them, I was dealing with a man named ***** who sent me a link and asked me to forward the pics which I did. I don't hear from anyone, I waited several weeks then called again, spoke with him. He says, he never received them, looks like they went into a general email. I made threats of posting on social websites and the BBB, then about 1 hr later, I get a phone call, 2 days later the project manager named **** is at my home and confirms he installed them backwards, I'll work with your schedule and most likely be out in the next couple of wks. Don't hear from anyone. I contacted them again June 18th, "I want my bathroom fixed" By the way the cost was $22,5000. At which I spoke with ****** who gives me a date of July 11th, I agree and get the day off of work. July 11th comes for which the techs were suppose to be at my place between 8a and 10a. At a 852a I get a call from ****** who says noones coming, "the tech called in sick". I hang up 15 mins later she calls back and says there are 2 other techs who will be coming out. Then approximately 20 mins later she calls back and says, "******* coming" After a few choice words, I hang up, she calls back, to schedule a day. Well, tomorrow 2 techs are suppose to come out, again between 8a and 10a. I called @ 1:11p today to confirm "everyone's in a meeting " is what I was told by the man who answered the phone. He said, his job is in appointments, when I asked for a number to call ****** directly, he refused.

Wish I could leave a zero star rating. In November 2024, I signed a contract for bathroom work to replace the tub, shower walls, fixtures, install a glass piece and floor. Where upon I gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated that work was to begin on January ******. It did not start till February 19th 2025, but was not notified till I called to confirm the start the date was on schedule. I gave another 1/3 payment when work started on the 19th. Work was completed except for the glass piece where upon I gave a final payment of 1/3, minus $500 for glass and rod installation, and finish trim around shower walls. After inspection of the job, I found it to be very unsatisfactory, plus several damages to my walls, woodwork and stains on carpets. I made several attempts from February-May to contact Bath Flip to get work completed and got no response. The glass piece was finally installed in April. So here it is almost 6 months later, and my bathroom work is still not completed. In the meantime, I have spent several hours cleaning dirty carpet stains, mudding, sanding and painting damaged walls. I have not yet attempted to address all the damage to my woodwork.

Ms. *** contracted us to update her bathroom on November 14,2024.  On that date she chose a specific wall style and color. On January 7, 2025, we contacted Ms. *** to explain that her choices were on back order from the manufacturer and we did not have a definitive time frame when the walls would arrive.  We offered to switch to a different style (tiles instead of smooth wall) or a different color to speed up the install, but Ms.*** declined the offer and chose to wait instead.
The shower installation was completed on February 20, 2024.  On that day, Ms. *** told our customer service employee that she was happy with the installers and made her final payment (less $500 as a courtesy since she was waiting for a custom glass panel to be installed.) This process typically takes around 3 weeks to complete as we have to laser measure after the installation and wait for the custom order to arrive.  The company prepays for the panels and because of this it is stated in the contract that we expect payment prior to installing the panel as we provide a temporary rod making the bathroom functionally complete.  However, in the interest of customer service, we allowed Ms. *** to hold back the $500.
The following day on February 21, 2024, Ms. *** called our office and said she is unhappy with everything.   She also contacted her credit card company and disputed her final payment.  We provided proof of the signed contract and completion pictures to the credit card company, so her dispute was denied.
At this point, the glass panel has been installed, the bathroom is fully complete as contracted and the remaining balance of $500 is still outstanding.  We have contacted Ms. *** several times to collect the outstanding balance and she refuses to pay, insisting that we do extra work that was not contracted.

Most of Bath flips comments are not true. I have a call log of about 18 calls to them to complete work. They only called to schedule work or collect money. I kept $500 until glass was in and work was completed. They soiled carpets, damaged walls, woodwork, and toilet seat. They installed a temporary shower rod that only comes up to chest high. It was to be installed correctly after glass was installed. Two pieces of trim around shower were not completed. I did dispute at first but they bank sided with them. They have $13,333.24 . I think keeping the $500 is fair for all the work I had to do to repair their damages and for cost of new toilet seat. I am having someone else finish their incomplete work. I even went up to their office back on March 5. My last calls were on May 6 and June 4. Unfortunately, I am unable to download the pictures of damages and phone log. Basically, I am done with them. Such a frustrating experience.

I had Pic come to my home to estimate pull out tub and add walk in shower .. we never got past go .. I met with them got hi quote for mobile home shower gave deposit on a Wednesday .. I new hi quote but I thought once i looked at itemized cost list no frill low cost products the cost would be reasonable . signed for credit card transaction. I waited a couple days Thursday , and Friday then began to panic no receipt , invoice or contract ? Weird.. I made a couple calls on Saturday left messages for someone to please call me I had no names for contact.. I was screwed.. Monday , Tuesday Wednesday finally I heard from them .. Pic stated all correspondence was sent 24 hours from signing .. Lie .. Pic stated correspondence must have gone into spam folder .. Lie.. I never received at all. I did receive after special requested of 6 days later Pic sent and I received immediately .. these people are crooked .. they know how desperate people are and the thousands clients will pay .. and they use it .. so short story they kept my deposit because their initial correspondence went into spam , and I didnt read in the 3 day window to cancel.. **

It has been over a year since the work started on our bathroom. It is still unfinished and not working properly. Very poor communication with the company, and, obviously, terrible work. The hot tub still does not work and is no doubt past the warrantee period.

We hired PICs 10/3/23 to convert upstairs bath to a walk in shower, install new toilets in two bathrooms and a new shower door in downstairs bathroom and new tub fixtures. Almost 2 months shy of a year since contract signed and deposit given the work is not completed to my satisfaction. ******** *** came to the house Oct 3, 2023 and tried to pressure us to agree to certain materials we didnt want. After a lot of back and forth with ** and his supervisor the contract was signed and initial deposit electronically taken from my account . Once the contract was sent to my email it contained incorrect material that was not agreed upon. After back and forth with ** and threats to cancel the contract we were passed on to MN, Procurement Manager . We reviewed contract with MN and addendum to contract with price adjustment made. Contract was signed on 10/31/23 Installation eventually scheduled 2 1/2 months after contract signed and initial deposit. Installation deposits automatically taken from my account once the December 17 and 18 install dates made. But on 12/17 received a call from PICs informing me that there was an issue with the upstairs bathroom shower base, which didnt fit and they would have to reschedule upstairs bathroom. They still took the installation deposit despite no installation due to cancellation done by PIC. Install was canceled at another time due to another issue with the shower wall. Downstairs toilet and shower door was done on 12/ 18/23 with long lists of problems which have since been rectified except for the 1/2 x3/4 chip on the side of my porcelain tub.The upstairs shower has now been completed, messy job but the biggest issue of all is the fact that they permanently glued the old *****, peeling radiator cover to the trim on the shower wall. Unable to remove. Have been trying since 3/2 to have this fixed with no success. Also need the chip on the tub fixed. Money pd in full. will pursue all options to have PICs rectify these 2 issues!
