    Installed 4 ton Bosch unit in June 2023. April 5, 2024 it failed. After two weeks of waiting on a replacement motherboard, they discovered the condenser motor was not working and caused the motherboard to fail. Now waiting another two weeks for that part. Now 1 month w/o a functional unit best case scenario. Deeply regret buying a Bosch system!!!

    Bought a Bosch Combi unit about 3 years ago. Nothing but headaches! Biggest mistake I've ever made. 3 years stress! We purchased a Bosch Greenstar Wall-hung Combi 151 on 9/23/19. The day it was initially installed, the motherboard had to be replaced before it would work at all. After more than a dozen service calls, a Bosch Rep at our home twice and numerous calls to tech support, Bosch still hasn't been able to fix our Combi unit. After going round and round with the Bosch Rep from *********** ***  his quote was "there is nothing I can do for you!" We even had our own Bosch customer number assigned to us ********* from tech support because of all the problems we've had!
    I would not recommend anything from Bosch. Their combi units are junk. It's pretty bad when a service tech comes out and says that Bosch units are worthless. Spent thousands for the Bosch Combi and will most likely replace it with another manufacturers boiler. Bosch's warranty states first 5 years -Limited Warranty will repair or replace including labor charges the defective parts for up to 5 years from date of original installation is properly maintained by a qualified heating contractor. I must say that our contractor responded each and every time we have called and did their best to try and keep this Combi working. However, when you keep replacing motherboards repeatedly along with other parts such as ignitors and water turbine sensors repeatedly, there has to be an end to it! This unit is installed in a single family home. I am 69 years old and my wife is 68. It is just the 2 of us living here on a regular basis.
    As you can tell by this review, we are disgusted beyond belief and have no one else to turn to for help with this disaster. We are hoping and praying for remediation.

    Bought a Bosch combi unit about 7 years ago. Nothing but headaches! Biggest mistake I've ever made. 7 years stress! First year it ran ok. Then all **** broke loose. First no heat then no hot water. After going round and round with Bosch, they finally agreed to cover it under their sketchy 5 year warranty. Took an eternity to get our warranty refund. Call after call... We've had at least 10 service calls since the warranty expired. I would not recommend anything from Bosch. Their combi units are junk. It's pretty bad when a service tech comes out and says that Bosch units are worthless. Spent thousands for the boiler now spending a ton more for service!!!
