    On Jan. 30, I received a debt from a debt collector asking for $504 that was owed this company for damages to apartment that I moved out of in Aug. Of 2022. Please see attached letter with additional information. At this point I have contacted the debt collector as well with questions on how to dispute this amount, as I do not believe it is something I owe the company and have only received validation of amount owed. Neither Bozzuto Management (management company in charge of Halstead Countryside) nor the debt collector acting on their behalf are giving me a process to dispute that this is an amount I owe, only repeating validation of debt.
