    I wanted to use CrackX. I just asked some questions after they sent me a base quote regarding warranties. After no responses, I called a few times and finally got one however, didn’t get the answer.
    Instead, David C of CrackX responded that he won’t answer my questions, didn’t have the time, and that I haven’t provide anything useful that would be worth their time to answer my question. For me to spend thousands on a bulkhead, wouldn’t you want your questions answered? Thankfully he sent me this in an email so I could document and show how rude CrackX was in it. My question: “Do you offer painting and if not, will the warranty be affected if it isn’t painted?”.
    I’m sure they do great work, but their customer service has some serious issues. My one question caused enough for a huge response about not being worth their time.
    Hopefully they can fix this issue! Would not recommend David C or CrackX if your looking for a basement project..
