    Hired Stephen L******* from Gunn's Carpentry to build a sunroom for us. He was great to work with at the start and we hired him because he offered to build us a sunroom at a very reasonable price. - He is an excellent carpenter, but I will never hire him again. Here's why. He was cussing around our kids, never showed up on time, and never showed up at all, would not return calls or text messages and communicate. When I handed him a disbursement for the materials and labor he would not show up to work, he damaged our yard in the way he used the excavator and skidder. Started communicating with him in June - July 2022. He started the work in August. This is November of 2022 and the work has not been completed. When I laid down the law and said that if he was not showing up, not communicating, I would need a refund. He did not text me back or call and I sent him another text that I would report him to the authorities. To which he sent me a text back that he would sue me for breach of contract and theft of services. I called up the police to inform them about him. I asked him to come pick his stuff and leave. He came in to do that, negotiated with me and said, he wanted to bury the hatchet and make it up. He came back the next day, took his tools with him and said, he did not want to be under that cloud and neither did he want me to . Beware ****
