I do NOT recommend them at all! Our Work was done in November 2020. I have waited to do this review and glad that I did! They had to breakout the chimney liner for our woodstove to put in the liner. They broke the whole chimney from the basement up. He told me it was because it was windy. They did not want to be on the roof. As a result of this they broke thru to the center chimney then priced me at $2500 for them to repair the damage that they caused. We still cannot use our fireplace on the main floor because of this. Yes, they blamed it on us. As we just starting using our woodstove in the basement until last winter 2022. It clogged up in the first 3 months of using it. That should not be. I called another chimney sweep since we had such a bad experience with Ceaser Chimney. We found out even more... They did not connect the chimney liner to the clean out. With further inspection they left all the debris from breaking out the chimney all stuck in the clean out part of the chimney. They were scheduled to also to clean out the center chimney for the fireplace that they broke. When the new chimney sweep went to inspect the center chimney for the fireplace, we discovered that there was so much debris from them braking thru that you cannot even open the damper. I did call and the owner when this all first happened was very rude to me and would not listen. They also placed a sleeve in the chimney for the oil burner and did not even turn off the burner. I went down because I could smell the smoke from the furnace. They were not in the house at that time, so I figured it out and turned it off. When I spoke with the owner about that he said that I probably turned it on myself. My experience with them is hire someone else. The owner does not listen unless he is right. He did tell me that he would come himself and repair for $2500. So here I am December 2023 still regretting ever hiring this company.

Hi ****, I would actually have to agree with you - based on your experience I would not recommend us either. I remember this job well. I just sat and listened to the phones calls that I had with both you and your husband to get all the details again. This job was a nightmare and so many mistakes were made that I am ashamed to have put my companies name on it. Not that it changes the issues you experienced, but the lead technician from that job that you were very unhappy with was fired not too long after this incident.
However, I would like to address a couple things in your review. You stated I was very rude to you which was a shock to me and after listening to both phone calls where there was much laughing and conversing and no ill will on either side, I am not sure where that comes from. I am sorry if I misread the room and was coming across in any way other than professional.
As far as the work that was done: installing a liner for a woodstove that goes all the way down to the clean out is not common and only done under rare circumstances. Under normal use and conditions a standard tee body is all that is required by the manufacturers.
As far as the damage to the fireplace flue I never said it was your fault. I did say it was the fault of the chimney builders, which I stand by. A code-compliant chimney is built with a wythe, or a masonry separation, between the flues to keep them from interacting with each other. Your chimney was built without one which caused the fireplace flue to be damaged while breaking out the flue for the woodstove. This is something we could not have known from the inspection and was not the fault of the technician. At the time we decided the woodstove was the appliance that would be used the most so we continued with the installation.
Fixing the fireplace would have incurred the additional cost as it was an unforeseen circumstance. Nowhere in either call did I blame you for that. And we agreed to leave the debris on the fireplace shelf so that no one could accidentally use the fireplace with a damaged flue. I understand your frustration. This job was a nightmare from the outset and the lead technician made it worse with his mistakes and for that I take full accountability. In order to make things somewhat better I am having my office cut a check as I type this for a refund of half the cost of the job. It will be mailed out today. Please watch for it to come in the mail with my deepest apologies.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call me and I will address them.
