Greenline Processing has been holding over $14,000 of my funds for nearly a month, since July 12, without any prior notification. When I reached out, they informed me that they're reviewing some transactions and have placed a hold on my account.Despite providing all the requested documentation and even asking my customers to call and confirm their purchases, Greenline Processing continues to hold my funds. To make matters worse, they have also suspended my ability to process charges, severely disrupting my business.

We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us today and resolve this matter. As mentioned during our call we wanted to clarify a couple of things. One being that Green Line Processing does not hold or have access to any funds related to your merchant account, as we are not the processor nor are we a bank.

According to the banks service policy as mentioned on our call the bank may hold funds if they identify a potential risk associated with an account.

You can review the banks agreement and service policy we emailed you.

We also want to assist in resolving your situation by actively mediating on your behalf with the bank to facilitate the release of your funds as quickly as possible. Im glad we were able to resolve this matter together and again if you have any questions please dont hesitate to reach back out to us.
