    I contracted Be Our Guest Events to provide day of services for my wedding. Rachel and I signed a contract to perform 8 hours of service on my wedding day, and we spoke over the phone. I should have been more wary as she cancelled our calls and I basically had to bug her to speak about plans for the day of. On my wedding day, Rachel came to start set up, however she left as most everything had been taken care of and was set to return an hour later to help with our ceremony and during the actual reception. She never came back - claimed a family emergency, which may or may not have happened, but she promised a refund via message in the next couple of days. After countless begging for my money back (as stated in my contract for services not rendered), I still haven't gotten it back 2 months later. There has been constant pushing that she's doing her best, but claiming she doesn't have the money to pay me back and that she spent it all already - BEFORE PROVIDING THE SERVICE. I have tried to work with her on getting my money back, but after 2 months this is absolutely unacceptable. I am at a loss and figure I likely will never get my money back, but I will hit all channels to ensure that others do not work with BE OUR GUEST EVENTS, NH.

    We hired this company to be our day of coordinator and bartender for our wedding on 10/22/2022. She canceled at 6 am on the day of my wedding. And come to find out she has candles on 4 brides since 9/24/2022. None of us heard from her or seen a refund.
