    The lady who picks up the phone and makes appointments for people her name is ******. She is very disrespectful. She does not know how to talk to customers. She has no respect for other people has called me numerous times and even cursed at me on the phone Just because she made me an appointment whatever time she wanted after I explained to her I will not be home at that time. I just called again to ask her to change it and she refused to do it. I also asked her for a manager, she implied that she was the manager, so I had asked her to talk to someone above her and she said she doesnt even know where they are at I asked her when will they be coming in? She also said she doesnt know I asked her what was the address to the company where she was calling from? She also did not want to give it to me and said you but not come here and threatening her I cant believe they let people like this in their company. This is ridiculous
