    I have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with ANR for my holster needs. As a local business, *** also had the opportunity to talk to the owner who has provided me guidance and support to help steer me in the right direction. These are good people making good locally made products that are shipped around the world and used by tens of thousands of people. As a fellow small business owner, I am proud to have another company like this locally.

    My complaint is the fact that they make you pay for the convenience of a "quick ship" option but they can't keep their end of the bargain. When I placed and order on April 30th the quick shipping turn around was 5-7 business days, then it went to 7-8 business days, now it's ***** business. They literally make you agree to a quick ship disclaimer that states the 5-7 business days but yet they can't keep the promise of it. To me it seems like a money grab tactic. Today will mark business day 9, I was emailed on May 8th saying it will ship on May 9th or 10th, then emailed again on May 9th saying it will be shipped on May 10th. I never received shipping notification because it never shipped, today's business day is almost at an end and I have yet to receive a shipping notification. Don't charge the customers for a convenience if they don't receive the convenience. This will be my last time ordering from ANR Designs, and to *************************, if you're unsure about when an order may ship then don't give a date, just simply say you don't know at the moment.
