    After researching various companies to help us start our *********************** Certified Homecare Consulting was by far the most professional and took the time to be thorough about what their process looks like. They certainly did not fall short of anything they promised and made the long and daunting experience of dealing with our states (CA) DSS licensing seem truly effortless from our end.

    Our company contacted Certified Homecare Consulting for assistance in obtain a home care license back in 2019. With their guidance, out agency was licensed in less than 4 months. Since then, they have reliably sent us updated policies and forms so that ********** remain compliant with all new and changing rules and regulations. Additionally, over the years, they respond promptly in answering any questions and concerns we had in running **********. Their assistance has been instrumental in our agencies success. I cannot recommend them any higher.

I was paired with Susan (clinical) and Star. Such an awesome experience, very educated ladies that made it easy to understand the whole concept. Susan your effort was highly appreciated as you stuck by and checked in at all times needed even when we did not have the correct question or answer.
