    Purchased December 12th, for the amount of $3,500, went back several times to have them try and repair it because they were uncomfortable they sounded very tinny they never explained to me that was only a 30-day money back and I've made several trips and they keep adjusting things and then nothing changes nothing changes and they keep telling me give it time give it time, they're very uncomfortable and I feel like I have a tin can over my head everything echoes I can't go into the grocery stores without it being chaos in my hearing, these were not meant for me and they just keep trying to adjust and add parts and take away parts and they weren't upfront with everything from the get-go I simply want a refund and they told me no refund after 30 days, which they never told me from the beginning and every time I go there they keep changing parts which they never told me had to be changed throughout the course and that they only Last 5 Years and I have to buy a new set they didn't tell me they were lifelong, they basically were just flapping their gums to try and make a sale

    Good Afternoon,

    ****** did come in and purchased hearing aids for $3,320, and they were delivered into his possession on December 12th 2022.  Upon delivery, he was counselled on expectations of the devices that they are not a cure, but an instrument to help aid him and acclimatization can take weeks.  He then came in on December 19th for a regularly scheduled check up that we do with all patients to address and issues and to make sure things are going well.  At that appointment we turned down the hearing aids per his request.  He then came in a week later due to wax plugging up the filter of the instrument which was resolved.  He then came in on a regularly scheduled appointment on January 13th, where the instruments were cleaned, a firmware update was completed, and the instruments turned down more per the customer.  It wasn't until a week and a half after that appointment that the customer decided that he wanted to return the instruments.

    Please find attached the purchase agreement where it states the instruments are offered with a 30 day money back guarantee, less the fitting fee's which was signed by both parties.  I have also included the notes for the follow up appointments that were also signed.
