    This company is absolutely horrible. We had our entire HV** system replaced with them, ** and furnace and we are 3 weeks out and the ** unit is still not functioning properly. We have called repeatedly and they said it's a thermostat issue and want to charge us another $800 to move the thermostat. Everything we see online and the error codes that we see on the unit indicate there's an issue with the unit. They came out to check it once and they didn't even open the unit. They looked at the outside and said everything was installed properly. This is the worst company ever and do not use them. Replacing your entire HV** system is not inexpensive and to be treated like this and made to live with a faulty air conditioning unit is infuriating.

    We had a new boiler system installed last week 10/05/23 in Concord and we are totally pleased with the installation! Mike and his technicians were on time, courteous and professional and left the work area entirely clean! They’re excellent technicians and the system looks great but more importantly works perfectly for heat and hot water! Before leaving, Mike explained all aspects of the system and left me totally confident with its operation! I highly recommend Sanford Temperature Control!!

    The new ownership of this company is phenomenal. I had several problems that were not able to be corrected over a year and a half time period prior. We did have a new boiler and re-circulating hot water loop installed in 2021. Continual visits by the company were not correcting the issues. I felt I was being backburnered and ignored. The new owner of this company surprisingly reached out to me in person. He reviewed all the prior work done by Sanford. Promising he will make our systems function correctly. The next day, he has his "A" team at my home. Almost unbelievable, after a day's work and an on-site visit by the new owner, our entire system functions perfectly!!!! I can't say enough good things about the Sanford company now. Fixing everything you did and not charging me a penny is almost unheard of these days. My hat is off to the fine gentleman who is running things at Sanford. I would highly recommend Sanford for any plumbing, heating or air-conditioning work from this point forward!
