Highly recommend! They came out right away to check out my central air (the company I've used in the past couldn't see me for over a week!). Trolley was friendly, explained everything to me, pricing was great, and payment was simple. My AC is working much better now! I will definitely call them again in the future and will be recommending them to anyone needing heating and cooling service.

Extremely satisfied with the recent Fujitsu ductless heat pump system installed at our home. Tom's communication and quick response to site survey, project quote and installation were refreshing compared to other HVAC companies. Mike, Tom and Tyler were meticulous with their work and we have received many compliments regarding their clean installation. We recently bought a house that was built in 1986; it still had the original oil tank and burner. After soliciting 3 bids we chose Trolley Crossing Heating & Cooling which turned out to be 1 of the best decisions we've made in all our home improvements & renovations. Their pricing was by far the best, which wasn't the only consideration. Mike's indepth knowledge of heating systems was impressive. He came in, knew what needed to be done and just got it done. The work is meticulous; the inspector from our town was impressed with the work done. The new propane burner looks like a piece of art work compared to the oil burner beast we had. Another rarity, Mike communicates very well and responds promptly to texts and emails. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and Trolly Crossing Heating & Cooling for any job they bid on. I highly recommend Trolley Crossing Heating and Cooling! Mike and Tom were very professional and went above and beyond in addressing all of my questions. They were respectful of my property and were excellent at communicating throughout the project. I found Trolley Crossing recommended in a local community online forum to diagnose and repair my central AC. I have had other companies do maintenance over the years but I can never reach them to come back. Mike was very professional, responsive, and on time. The condenser needed replacing and he provided a reasonable proposal for a new, much more efficient replacement. There was a slight delay in receiving it due to supply chain issues but once it was in, it was scheduled for installation and installed promptly and professionally.
