    i hired these people to clean my house they did a horrible job did not sweep or anything then after i complained we cancelled my other appointments they these people had the audacity to charge my card a additional 86 dollars with out my consent i would like a full refund

    This gentle was only charged $251 for his cleaning. Our cleaner did the best job they could in this house. There was one bathroom that was covered in mold on the ceilings and walls and we do not do mold removal. We are not equipped to be in a home that has that amount of mold in it as we are a residential cleaning company. He was also aware with the form he signed that we do not pick up or clean urine and f**** and that is why we did not do his floors. His animals soiled the flooring and carpets. That is all you could smell throughout the whole house. There was a woman by the name ******* in the home that also stated to the cleaner "Yeah the floors are really bad, I dont think you'll be able to do those with all the pee and poop". 

    Our cleaner was there for five and half hours when in a normal case should have taken three hours. This house was in bad shape and again we did the best we could and we did try to explain that to him. When the cleaner first walked in, she immediately came across three large piles of dog f**** on the kitchen floor. Unfortunately we are not able to bring items to a brand new condition and this home does have some run down areas. You can also tell that there has not been any upkeep in this home for quite some time, With that being said they are on well water so the Tubs, showers, sinks and toilet was in pretty bad shape and when our cleaner was done with that, It did come out looking pretty good!. I can attach the photos we have if you do need those. 

    I have gone back and looked and it's only showing on our end that this gentleman was only charged the $251 for this cleaning which is a discounted price for that house. The price should have actually been $352 for the size and his soil level.  He also never disclosed the condition of the bathroom upstairs and the fact it was covered in mold. Our cleaner diid end up sick with a migraine and vomiting after leaving this house.
