    Does not live up to what they say . After treatments are finished they want you to continue.. unless you have ******** and insurance stay away but they overcharge and sell you medical equipment overcharging . Not at DLL impressed. Had this done last year and still no improvement. A real money making venture for them ??

    Dear ************, I cannot find your name listed as a patient we serviced in the past. There are several durable medical equipment companies with names similar to ours. Is it possible that you received services from one of these other companies? Our company, Nu Life Med, LLC provides pneumatic compression machines to post orthopedic surgery patients. If we did provide services to you or perhaps a family member with a different name, please contact us so that we can address and hopefully resolve your disappointing experience.     The billing was very unclear , they definitely abused my good insurance for weeks 3-4 and billed 4x of what they billed for weeks 1-2 and when I asked 5 times for clarity on cost of machine with out insurance they literally REFUSED TO ANSWER. How can you not know the cost of your own machine? One
    Week billed 800 one week billed $4000 . They also asked my insurance to send payments to them instead of me, which they shouldn’t have since they are out of network which then affected all my other out of network providers , l contacted them multiple times to resolve the issue. Every time they would take weeks to get back to me and at the end they threatened me with collections when all I was saying is that I’m happy to pay the same amount you billed me before , why bill more now ?
    But no they would not listen
    And demanded payment which was all of a sudden so much more and threatened collections.
    FYI I paid $800 and $900 for 2 weeks and then all of sudden last bill was $4200 for another 2 weeks ! If they had been clear of the cost from the beginning, I never would have rented a machine for ice for $6700 !!!!
    Anyone with question that discrepancy
