To Whom It May **************** connected with ******************* today @ 4:30PM regarding the return request. I asked about her experience with the supports, and she indicated she tried to wear them for a couple of days and found them too difficult to move forward with. I asked if she had been in for a refit as was her right and she said no. I let **** know we would be willing to return the arch supports as indicated in the warranty with 20% restocking fee. She will be receiving $1200.00 back to Care Credit. **** let me know she no longer drives and would need to find a time for someone to bring her in to return the arch supports. I made sure **** had my contact number, and the name of the current store manager, ********************* as she will need to schedule a time to return as a manager will need to issue the credit to the account.
