I paid the full amount of $950 on November 4, 2024. While the contractor completed crack filling and sealing, some areas of the sealing were not done properly and now require resealing and additional crack filling. The contractor has failed to complete the asphalt bump near my garage door, despite multiple promises and rescheduling.Actions Taken to Resolve the Problem:I contacted the contractor multiple times, and he promised to complete the work on several occasions but did not follow through. I also sent him a final notice with a deadline to complete the work by December 2, 2024, but he has not responded or resolved the ******** phone number was blocked as well as my wife's by the contractor Desired Resolution:I request the contractor to:1.Properly reseal the driveway and fill any new cracks.2.Complete the asphalt layer (1 ft by 8 ft) near the garage door as originally agreed.If this is not possible, I request a refund for the incomplete and improperly done work.The contractor was chosen solely based on the creation of the asphalt bump.Attachments:Screenshots of the agreed-upon scope of work sent via ********* proof of full payment (available from 3 different cameras, as well as the amount of work done)

    Hello,  on n November  4 th I *** Batchelder  I cack  fill  and sealcoat driveway . I couldn't  do Asphalt  bump in front  garage  hot to cold.  I only charge  **** $200 for Asphalt  . I'm will to refund $350 back to him  . For completion Asphalt bump. Thank you ***
