    On 7/26/24, a ************* showed up at our home to apply a single application of sealer to our driveway. This sealer ended up covering our entire newly planted flower bed which included roses, daisies and peonies and large stones. The owner said he would stop by to review the damage but was a NO Show.When we called again, there was no response. They told us the sealant was water based but it will not wash off at all and we are concerned our front garden will die. No customer service after job.

    Had top drive paved, told ***** stop 6 inches after foundation leave the rest alone They ripped up the back yard up, ***** came back and admitted they messed up, we agreed for him to clean it up and loam+seed it, few days later I notice on my bottom driveway they hit my retaining wall damaged it. I called him, ***** said he come look at it, never showed up to do anything. I&#**;ve called him, got ignored and the office I get excuses.

    There hasn't been any excuses from the office. The office has answered and got back to you every time there was a call or concern. The communication has been attentive.  As far as the driveway it was done April 17th and when there was misunderstanding we agreed on getting the cement removed and loam it. Which still is on the agenda between the weather and scheduling it was never implied we were not going to complete what we agreed upon.
