I called the business early this morning indicating that there are wide animals living in the attic, which make knocking noises and wake me up in the midnight.I told them that I want to get ride of the wide animals living the attic.
The sales manager came for a free estimate by saying that there are no wide animals living the attic but mice.
And at noon one of the technician came to visit the attic and outside house aera. He did mentions there ar traces of mice. He had me sign the contract digitally.
Then i restated that there are animals making noises like chewing and knocking the wood. Then he said those might be woodpeckers or raccoon activities. Those are the things they don’t cover and I need to find someone else.
But the purpose of my having them over is to get rid of the wide animals that get inside the attic to make noises. I called them again. They said they can cancel my contract but will still charge me 235 for the first visit and will take away all the baits around my house.
So first of all, they are treating problems that I don’t care.I told me many time the wide animals in the attic that make noises.
Secondly,if they want to take away all the bates around the house during the first visit ,why I need to pay this amount.
So far,I have not received any receipt from them or any contract but the credit card has been charged 235.

    Hi ****

I'm sorry there was any confusion with what the inspector saw during his visit vs. what the technician expressed as other possible source during the initial service. We obviously don't mean to confuse our customers and only have desire to solve the issues at hand. It is not uncommon for homeowners to assume the loud noises coming from the attic and ceilings must be coming from something large such as wildlife as surely a small rodent couldn't be making that much noise. This is why we send out an inspector to ensure the treatment is for the correct target pest as a service for mice or rats will have no effect raccoons or other larger wildlife, which will then leave us embarrassed as we misidentified the source and didn't solve the issue. During both visits our team members positively identified mice from the droppings and tunneling noted in the attic as a source of the noises you're hearing, however, during the initial service our technician informed you that if this doesn't solve it there may be something else causing the noises but there was no indication this was the case. With potentially conflicting information you were understandably upset to pay for a service which was not believed to be solving the root issue and desired to cancel the service after the technical left. We've scheduled a visit to remove the installed equipment and refund your payment.

Actually ** **** also sent staffs here to my house about 3 weeks ago.

after listening to my complaints, the guy from ** told me the noises from attic are wide animals.

it us not that I assume they are wide animals . The technicians( not the owners) also told me directly that they are wide animal noises but Anchor does not have capability to get ride if wide animals.

The purpose for Anchor to come is to get rid of wide animals.

later on yesterday, the owner called me again hoping to come over again and taking away all their Nate’s.

They did come today to take away all the bates around the house without notice.

I am paying to have Anchor do one thing. If they can’t do it,

    just don’t charge me.

You know what, the owner even recommended me contacting another wide life control company.

I even have the message by saying Anchor recommended them to call me.

So obviously, Anchor knows that there are wide life there but they come and charge me 235 dollars for the mice control.

I don't understand why our response was rejected? You seem to have found a company you prefer, we removed all our equipment and refunded the $235. What else are you looking for?
