I have been working with 603 Live Podcast studio since February 2024. March 4 I paid my Podcast five months in advance. I cash app ***** ******** who has cash app under ***** ***** , $1,100 . $100 of that money was for business cards which I have received. The additional $1000 was for five months payment of my Podcast. He charges $50 hour and I do my podcast once a week. I decided that I no longer want to be running my podcast through 603 live and have not used any of the time that I paid for. *** asked for the payment back multiple times. ***** suggested that we should meet in person to talk about it, which at first I was open to, but I recently decided that I am not interested in meeting in person and would just like to be refunded payment. He has not only responded but has not sent payment back. He tried telling me that there was a no refund policy, but I was never told nor signed any legal documentation or stipulation, stating that there was a no refund policy. He has gone no contact and is not responding to my needs within the business. I have done nothing but supported this podcast studio. I just want my payment reimbursed.

There was never a written contract involved between myself and Mr. ********* He never had me sign anything or any legal documentation that states policies and procedures. Nothing stating a no refund verbally or documented until I asked for my money back.  Ive been working with this company since February of 2024 . I was never once informed about a non refund policy.

Ive explained to her theres no refund on prepaid podcast hours. I run my business professionally, she has zero reason to tarnish my business. Ive helped her so much which she fails to mention and now all of the sudden shes reacting out of personal anger.
my podcast studio is rental space for podcasters to record and all the professional equipment , everyone knows Im not obligated to advertise your platform but I do to help those kick off they content. All my clients are satisfied and prepay they podcast hours. Im constantly receiving text threats and drunk text she failed to share of what shes gonna do instead of sit and discuss the matter like adults do.

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: I was told about non refund until I asked for it back . I never signed anything nor have legal documentation. Ever since Ive asked for it again through the owner , he has refused to answer my txts about the refund . The only threatening there was , was reporting him to you guys and bringing him to court . I have proof & Ive already spoke to a lawyer . I felt there was no reason to sit down and talk with him because I made my decision of no longer being involved with him or 603 live . Ive also supported him with a lot and have never asked for a refund prior .

im going to repeat my problem again and why i want my refund . I pre paid for studio time , 5 months in advanced. Two weeks later after I gave him that payment and I didnt sign anything nor was advised verbally about non refund . I asked for the money back where as I no longer need the service and havent used the months for time paid. So I dont understand why a refund two weeks later is unavailable. He never told me until I asked for money back. He never told me prior within the two years Ive worked here . Any business would tell someone that prior to payment .
    Sincerely,

The client is and was aware of no refund. Everyone prepays the podcast time and day slots. By prepaying its the only way to secure your bookings time and dates so I wont book them with another client.

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: I went have paid in advance. If I knew there was a no refund policy. I was never told that prior to asking for my refund back. Im not trying to tarnish anyones business nor did I even want it to get this far. Ive been friends with this person for three years and have supported them on multiple levels. At the end of the day, its my money. In the state of ************* in laws and regulations that surround refund verbally it states that there has to be proof of a verbal contract and the other party must agree to it. I never agreed to a non-refund. I dont wanna make this personal but within the law I have right to my refund for unused hours. Ive worked under 603 Live for almost 2 years and was never told about a non-refund. The only threatening that happened was to go to the Better Business Bureau and to bring it to court worst case scenario. That is a lot of money I work hard for it. And Im just going based off the laws and regulations within the state. Also, the fact that there was no documentation involved. I didnt feel that a sit-down conversation was necessary due to the decision I made of moving forward from 603 Live .

    Sincerely,

    ******* ********
