    This review is based on my own personal experience hiring marklynn pools to do a liner replacement for my inground pool.I met with **** the owner.He promised me a high quality pool liner replacement.What I received was a very unprofessional crew that showed up unsupervised.During the install I witnessed the workers yelling and swearing about **** and how he doesnt know what he is ********* of the workers was smoking near the new liner.Another worker received a electrical shock during the light installation.Another worker fell in the deep end and could have been injured.The liner also has wrinkles and the stairs in the shallow end had issues.When I expressed my concerns to ****.He was aggressive and dismissed my concerns.I told him I would like to have a 3rd party look at the work before final payment.He got very upset and told me I have a contract and I will lose in court.**** dismissed my concerns and the sub par work done by his workers.That is the only reason I suggested a 3rd party reviews the final product.**** took me to court and the case was dismissed.II never signed or received a contract from marklynn pools.**** tried to tell me I did when I questioned the sub par work.He finally sent me a unsigned contract after the wok was done.I now have a brand new pool liner with wrinkles and an issue with the shallow end steps.This was an extremely stressful experience for my entire family.I would never hire or recommend marklynn pools for anything!
