I keep receiving unwanted solicitations in the mail from Spectrum Marketing Companies, regarding ArchWell Health. I've already contacted *********************** of Archwell Health several times, via email, in reference to this issue and he said that he would take care of it for me. It stopped for a few weeks but now it's starting all over again. Awhile back, I contacted DMAchoice and paid them the appropriate fee to have my name removed from legitimate, marketing companies, mailing lists. It's quite obvious to me that unscrupulous companies such as Spectrum Marketing Companies, are not members of DMAchoice. After dealing with ArchWell Health, regarding this particular issue and having absolutely no success, whatsoever, I filed a complaint with the ************************* My next step will be to file another complaint with the **** regarding Spectrum Marketing Companies and I'll also be contacting the Attorney General, if I can't put this issue to rest. I just want Spectrum Marketing Companies to delete any and all of my personal information from their databases and do not sell, or share this information with anyone! I'm sick and tired of getting all this useless c*** in the mail and I just want it to stop!

In performing mailing services for our clients which include a broad range of industries we have a standard practice of suppressing any do not mail files provided to us by our clients when a request is submitted to them. These client suppression files result from direct requests to our client's businesses to discontinue mailings. When we receive a direct request from a consumer for suppression from future mailings from a specific client we also add the address to our internal suppression files.

The address has been added to our suppression file and should not receive future direct mail marketing mail from ArchWell Health.

Spectrum Marketing continues to send me unsolicited mail to my physical mailing address. I have contacted the organization via phone in 2023 and requested that this mailing stop. I continue to receive mail every month from their customer (Palm Beach **************** whom I have never authorized to be added to their spam list). This continues after I requested this cease and desist months ago in 2023.

I apologize for not responding to this complaint sooner, I just returned from vacation and received your voicemail and discovered the previous complaint notices went into a filtered folder and were not received until your message prompted me to search for them.

While I don't have a record of this mailing address being previously requested to be suppressed from future mailings in any of our logs or inquiry forms I have now sent the recipient's name and mailing address to both our internal data processing teams and the client directly requesting it be removed from any future mailings from this business.

Hopefully this addresses their request and they no longer receive promotional communications from this business.

Thanks you for making us aware of the issue.

    Complaint: ******58

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: [You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. If you do not enter a reason for your rejection, your complaint will be closed as Answered.]

This company didn’t respond to one of my direct emails asking them to remove my name and address from their junk mail lists.

I don’t care about your nonsense of where you got my address or what it was marked with. Remove my name from ALL junk mail lists from ALL companies you work for, not just Ben Moore paints.

    Stop Sending Junk Mail!!!

    Sincerely,

    **** *****

We apologize for note responding to this complaint earlier, the notifications went into a junk folder which we realized after receiving a voicemail message earlier today.

We take any requests or complaints from those receiving mail we have processed seriously and have reviewed the complaint from the customer and have determined the following.

The customer's complaint is that they have received direct mail containing our return address and have requested that we stop all mail to them. Unfortunately, we are a mail service provider that facilitates direct mail for thousands of customers but the mailings are not from our company. In this particular case we matched the mailing address referenced on the complaint to a mailing performed by our company for a Benjamin Moore promotion (which I've attached a sample of). In this particular case the mailing performed was a "saturation resident" mailing which means it would have gone to all addressed within a specific postal carrier route and not to a specific list. This can be seen on the mailing where it has "RESIDENT" used instead of an individual's name.

While per the client's request we have removed them from list mailings, saturation, EDDM, political mailings and others that may use full carrier routes or zip codes as a distribution approach to mail may still be received. We understand the potential frustration of receiving unwanted mail and its not in the best interest of our company or our client's to send to those not interested, however, there are certain types of mailings that the USPS uses that does not allow for the universal elimination of names from. We will continue to suppress their name from lists over which we have direct discretion and hopefully they will not receive anything unwanted in the future.

    Complaint: ********

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because I first called the business four times from my number starting *** 3 times and recorded submitting 3 requests on their website. Their management advised me they would stop calling me. Only until I went there in person and threatened to call the police did they stop. These people are scum human beings. You don't make a "mistake" 7 months in a row. **** ***.

    Sincerely,

When we were initially informed of the recipient’s desire to
no longer receive the direct mailing of our monthly coupon publication which
has been distributed in the New Hampshire market for over 30 years, we took our
standard course of action and submitted his address to our data provider to add
to our suppression list to effectively discontinue its delivery. At that point
we concluded the matter was resolved. After receiving a subsequent notification
that the mailing had once again been received in a subsequent month, we reviewed
with our data provider and discovered that the address had not been correctly
removed. At the point of this discovery, an additional monthly distribution of
the publication was also already in the process of being delivered and resulted
in the additional receipt of our publication. We have corrected this error
which we fully acknowledge and the address in question should no longer receive
    the mailing.
