    I purchased 22 windows from Keystone Siding on May 4,2013. One of the windows will not stay open. I called Keystone on May 24, 2024 and spoke with ****. She answered the phone and did not state the company name. I had to confirm she worked for Keystone Siding. She stated she did and this was a cell phone number. I explained the problem that one of the windows does not stay open. She asked for my address, which I provided. She told me she would sent me paperwork which I would need to fill out and currently the windows would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. She also requested I send a picture of the window to the phone number I called *************). I thanked her and hung up. I immediately sent her a photo of the window. A week went by and I did not receive any paperwork or hear from this company. On May 30, 2024, I called again. There was no answer. I left a phone message with my name and number and requested a return call. I again called today, June 7, 2024. Again there was no answer. I left my name and phone number and a request for a return call. I do not feel this is a reputable company and would appreciate any assistance you may be able to provide.

    Thank you for your message. The date of purchase is correct.  I was told by the company there was a "lifetime warranty".  As the company will not return my calls since I explained my request, confirms their disreputable intentions.
