    This company illegally charged a credit card they kept on file that wasnt even mine and then lied about it. I called to ask what I needed to do to move out of my unit. It was before hours so a message was left. Instead of calling me back they charged a card that didnt belong to me that they kept on file from a previous payment. When I called to complain they lied to me and told me that I was set up on autopay. I called back and a customer service rep told me that I wasnt set up for autopay and the card was manually put through. When ****, from the store, finally called me back he yelled at me and kept denying that he manually charged the card. They denied refunding my money and failed to even tell me what the money be out process was. I ended up moving out a few days later and the charge got disputed. On top of this final incident I dealt with rodents, trash, and an absence of customer service. I would NEVER recommend this place.
