    1st off I purchased a car private part so I thought to find out owner owns Dr ******** I have been a customer since ******* years and cause I called their office to speak with the Manager who's knows me well and for 3 days never got back to me knowing I have an appointment and needed to discuss something with Mgr. So after several attempts I stated to young lady "since he is too busy to talk to me then let's consider this the end" her feelings were hurt and I was not mean at all. The owner who goes unnamed actually called me in a under influence state and demanded that I apologise or I am not allows to be a customer anymore. 33 years??
