    While running errands one morning, the Malfunction Indicator Light came up on the car's dash board. I had noticed an oil/water spot on the garage floor a day earlier but did not find any evidence on the car of a leak. So, when the light came on - shaped like a transmission - I thought there was a problem that needed immediate attention. I drove to my normal repair/service facility. They referred me to Russell Auto just in case it was a transmission issue. I went to the Russell shop immediately. Although they were busy, the gentleman at the front desk said he would look at it. He first checked for leaks. Nothing. He then hooked up an electronic device to tie into the cars electrical information system. He found 2 messages. One message was in regard to the remote start function. He couldn't do anything more for me at that time but felt that it wasn't a critical problem at that time and that I should have it serviced at the repair shop. I was thankful he took the time to help me in the middle of his busy day. Later that day, I experimented with the remote start option and, after a few tries, the remote start worked and the light went out.I'm writing this review because I was impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and service mentality I found at Russell. While there, I watched and heard the employees interacting. They acted as a team taking care of their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to have work done there. I saw a culture that I like.
