  Brandon provided a clear proposal for mini-split heating/ac installation. He assisted me through the financing options and continued to be supportive and professional throughout the process.
  When I purchased my home last year I didn't know the oil furnace was inadequate for heating this 792 sq ft home. I chose to upgrade my heating system and get rid of oil.
  The Keating Plumbing and Heating crew provided excellent customer service, quality work, and very professional. The team worked diligently throughout the days in 80 degree humidity and cleaned up the area nicely when they finished.
  The entire Keating team answered all my questions and were respectful and kind to me as well as to my curious and talkative 6 year old granddaughter Rose. I plan on keeping this company for future projects. ***************

  Took advantage of us when we had a furnace fire. Never came back to fix a leaking pipe. Needed them for a bathroom leak and led us on for over 3 weeks after charging a huge dispatch fee before deciding they did not have time for us.

  First of all, the boiler fire occurred in January on a very cold day.  ******* called us for a quote to repair or replace boiler.  The boiler was damaged by the fire and needed to be replaced.  ******* agreed with the quote and signed the contract.  Due to the cold temperature and the fact she had no heat, we dropped everything and replaced the boiler so they had heat by evening.

  
  

  As for the leaking pipe, it was a heat pipe in a crawl space that had been frozen for quite awhile.  Our suspicion was the old boiler hadn't been heating that zone and when the new more efficient boiler came on line trying to heat the zone, the leak became apparent along with the rest of the line being frozen.  We repaired this and thawed the frozen zone the day after the boiler replacement.

  
  

  Lastly, the bathroom leak is related to an old 1950's bathtub that required drain and trap parts that are obsolete.  It took 3 weeks to track down special order parts, a quote was given and ******* was told it would be several weeks before we could get the parts and get out there to do the job.  The choice was hers.

  I have radiant heat and and my water heater had to be replaced. They could not find the needed heater so they put in a different one saying when the right one came in they would come back and put the right heater in. After much follow up and adjustments they never came back to put the right water heater in as promised. This water heater is not able to make water hot enough and is costing me a lot in extra electricity costs.
  I must say their technicians seemed knowledgeable and honest.
  If any work is done by this company put it in writing as they will not keep their word.
