      Hired this company to install insulation in my 1500' garage. The batt installation was subpar with gaps in the insulation, etc. I repaired the batts myself. The middle portion of the ceiling was blown in over a finished ceiling which is boards with some minor gaps. I spoke to the installer that was doing the batts in the walls about the need for a vapor barrier in the blown area prior to installing the insulation. He agreed that it was needed and said his company would take care of it. I even offered to install the vapor barrier myself and he encouraged me not to. Quality came and blew the insulation in and no vapor barrier. After at least 10 emails and lots of promises, I have not had anything done about this. Every time the wind blows through the vents on the gables, insulation filters down through the boards and covers everything in the garage. Really no customer service after the sale; maybe if you are a contractor and use them all the time they treat you better. I would really search for another company if you want a quality job.
