  Negative stars should be an option. Complete SCAM. Do not purchase. They have been ZERO help and covered ZERO repairs. You can't get reach anyone at customer service EVER. You leave messages and no one responds, you send emails and no one responds. I may have to investigate filing a complaint with the AG office.

  Upon investigation, it has come to our attention that on January 2nd, we encountered a high volume of incoming calls, resulting in a temporary challenge in effectively managing phone inquiries. Regrettably, this situation caused a delay in addressing your concerns, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  On January 3rd, we made an effort to connect with you and left a voicemail while also sending an email outlining our claim procedure but we haven't heard back from you.
  Upon further review on January 4th, we discovered that you were attempting to submit a claim for a catalytic converter. Regrettably, we must inform you that catalytic converters are not covered by your contract. We promptly sent you another email on the same day, providing clarification on the coverage details and addressing the specific issue at hand and again we haven't hear back from you.
  We understand the frustration this situation may have caused, and we are committed to improving our communication channels to prevent similar issues in the future. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we work towards enhancing our service.

  Horrible! 2nd time I left my car at the dealer and it took 3 weeks for an appraiser to come out. He refused the valve cover and gasket that’s clearly listed in my warranty and a few other things. I’m left with a bill over $3,000 because the warranty I PAID for is fake. This is a scam!

  I paid $2100 for a 3-year warranty with them. several months later i opened a claim with them to see if they would cover my external oil leak. No, they would not. a few months after that i needed a new motor and it was a long process to see if they would cover it. A lot of unnecessary procedures. I thought it was great news when I heard they would cover it. However, they says they would only cover $1,900 of it. It’s a $10,000 repair. I would not call that “covering”. Also keep in mind I paid $2,100 for the warranty. And I could not afford a $8,000 bill so I declined. But because the dealership had to diagnose it again and tear the engine down and put it back together, I would still owe them $3,000. A terrible predicament. They are indeed a scam. I only got it because it was what my used car dealer offered at time of purchase, who are probably also not the most ethical. Basically my wisdom to whoever reads this is that it’s no warranty company, despite what they say.

  I've had 3 repairs on my truck I bought a f150 2011 for $22 000.00
  It's my 2nd vehicle, I do not drive it much.
  2 b safe warranty is a scam they said on my last repair that it's because of the year and millage.
  I said that's why I bought an extended Warranty.. so they refused me again . Know also I will pay for rental . This has to be stopped. I think they are crooks.. o for 3 on being denied by them.
