      I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts on 80 Continental Blvd , Merrimack, Nh 03054.

      I had to repeat myself at the drive thru order window 4 times only to come to the window , paid, and was given the wrong drink.

      I already knew when I had to repeat myself that many times it would not be good.

      But once we paid the young man at the window closed the window. I asked for a refund because I just wanted to go to another location .

      The young man was mad and very rude and said they were not going to give us a refund and said there wasn’t a manager there.

      There was 4 teens there with no supervisor.

      I left no food or refund . I contacted corporate. Who got me In touch with the manager of the store, she replied by email quickly.

      Where my issue began was when she said she lived close by and would leave the refund gift card. I waited days and back and forth replies ended with her also being rude and no refund months later I attached the emails and the transaction

      I also called corporate again no response and she has stopped replying
