      They misrepresented their product. Told me on the phone that their firewood was cut 2 years ago and stored inside. The firewood that was delivered has so much water content that it barely burns. I was willing to overpay for the product as advertised (575 for a cord) of seasoned wood), but for the mostly green wood that was delivered I could have gotten it for $200 less.
      Stuck with an overpriced cord of green wood that I can't use. They charged my credit card immediately while I was on the phone on a Friday afternoon. Said that they would call me back next week to schedule delivery. They showed up the following morning at 7am and called me from my driveway. They dumped the wood and drove away. I guess they wanted to leave before we got a chance to see what they were leaving us.
