      4/4/2024 Purchase order P35924 was sent to Jenesco, received and acknowledge with approximate shipping dates of the product. 50% prepayment, $23,450 was required and ACHed to Jenesco, who acknowledged receipt of payment. Initial shipping schedule was set as follows and is part of the email stream uploaded as part of this complaint.

      9/20/24 *** ********* Owner of Jenesco emailed with the 1st shipment to be sent in 1 week-nothing was sent. 10/24/24 Eva again sent an email saying units would be sent in the next few days.-nothing was sent. 11/20/24 a new shipping schedule was sent and again, nothing was sent.
      1/23/25 a UPS shipping label was generated. Notification was sent to me. As of 1/31/25 UPS has not received the package to ship.

      I need the product. If Jenesco is not going to supply the product, I need my money back. I have explained this many times in emails, (see attached). I have also sent other emails and left numerous phone messages.

      I responded directly to the customer and we reached an amicable resolution.
