    Im compelled to revise my rating from five stars to one star. We initially engaged with this company in 2022, during which their team caused damage to a wire during an installation. Following this incident, we arranged for our electrician to complete the necessary repairs, and the owner agreed to issue a refund. Instead, I requested a service credit, which was eventually provided, albeit after multiple follow-up emails, all of which we have *********** 2024, when the company completed additional work for us, they denied the existence of the credit and even attempted to escalate the matter to collections. Efforts to reach the owner were unsuccessful, and it became clear that the team lacked the necessary communication skills to resolve the issue. This experience has highlighted the companys poor communication practices. We possess thorough documentation of the original incident and are prepared to take appropriate action on principle alone.
