    ZERO STARS! *****DO NOT RECOMMEND!*****We paid $1700 (incl the $48 CC fee) for an RV awning on 8/29/24 and now it is 3 months later and STILL no awning! We finally had to dispute with our CC to get a response from this company! The co text response today was YOUR BANK DISPUTED THE CHARGE AND YOU GOT YOUR MONEY BACK. WE ORDERED THE PART. PLEASE DONT CONTACT US FOR SERVICE EVER AGAIN. GOOD LUCK.

    WE did order a awning for these people, they did wait a while, when awning came in we had to refuse it as it was damaged. We are sorry for that but we didn't damage it ,it was trucking company. They had to follow there procedure and file a damage report internally and get a replacement to replace the one that was damaged. But that wasnt a reason to take money back and not let us know. They got sneaky and should have contacted us. Thats why we wrote the reply.

    I've waited 10 months for my $2100 awning! Excuse after Excuse. I leave from Florida and I've called, texted and still no reply.. yes I'm not happy. They said wait until February, should have it..well I leave in 17 days for Florida and still no reply!! I may have to tale further action

    I wouldn't give Ron's a single star. Ron's took our money, $4000 for parts to use in repairing our RV and we believe they didn't order the parts at all. Months later the work still wasn't done, they still hadn't gotten the parts and they said they didn't have money to give us a refund. They have done this to several others including someone that filed a complaint on the BBB. Unethical business run by unethical people. Do not trust them with your money.
