      I had to send the Original of my Bachelor’s and Master’s of Law Diploma to Ukraine.

      As Fedex doesn't ship to Ukraine now, I found a company, Ukraine and States LLC. This company is most advertised on Facebook and Google.

      According to the information from the company website (please check sdcreenshots):

      “We provide best International shipping . We deliver your parcels to Ukraine and other countries! Deliver package, by FedEx to our warehouse, without leaving home. Then it will go to the recipient country”.

      Therefore, I received an invoice from Daniil, paid it, and then Ukraine and States, LLC generated a shipping label and sent me a Fedex QR code. So I brought my package to Fed Ex in Orlando to be sent to them.

      My Fed Ex tracking number is ************.

      On Wednesday, March 8, 2023 the package sent to Ukraine and States, LLC shipment was refused by the said recipient (Londonderry, NH) - please refer to the attached screenshot.

      I called Daniil D** ****** several times and asked why did Ukraine and States LLC refuse to receive my package? And where are my diplomas? He didnt tell anything and stop pick up the phone.

      And than I called Fedex. Customer service representetive told me that Ukraine and States LLC used FRAUD Fedex ACCOUNT number***-***-****to generate a shipment label for my package. So, Ukraine and States LLC had not paid shipping cost, that's why my package has been sent to Fraud and Security Department of Fedex.
      Furthemore, Ukraine and States LLC had not include return address and goods description.

      This is an extremely concerning situation for me, as these documents are vital for my personal and professional life. The loss of these documents has caused me significant inconvenience, and I can't even order a duplicate. Because archives was in Kharkiv and now it is destroyed.

      Till now Ukraine and States LLC didn't provide me with any information. And didnt contact FEDEX to resolve the problem with it's fedex account. As I understood Ukraine and States LLC need to pay all shipment cost to FEDEX and than Fedex will return my package to me.

      Also, I have several received emails and phone calls from a Fed Ex Global Support Agent – Fraud and Security control by the name of ****** ******* ********************* informing me that in order to get by package back that I MUST send a money order in the amount of $930.73 and once she receives it they will return my package within five (5) days. Their phone number is ###-###-####.

      Now my concern is that Ukraine and States LLC are scammers and operate a Business without a License.

      Thank you in advance for your assistance in helping me to resolve this issue and to investigate if this is a legitimate process to get my package back.

      Ukraine and states positions itself as shipping international company. i contacted the owner Daniil D** ****** in March 2023 to create a shipping to Germany to ship baby items to a friend with newborn baby who fled from war in Ukraine. Daniil said that they will create 2 day shipping to their warehouse with Fedex and then will ship to Europe. i asked if Fedex shipping included in a price, he assured that yes it does. i paid 80$ for their service on march 13th. in a week or so they created fedex label on a name of ******* ***** and address ** ******** **** ******* ** * *****. i printed label and put on a box and sent it through fedex on march 15 with a tracking number ************ . package never came to nashua because was stopped by fedex for a reason that recipient refuse delivery. i contact Ukraine and states and they assure that they never refuse anything. i called back to fedex and they said that label made from a fraud invalid account. and in order to return my parcel i had to pay fedex. i called back Daniil he said all the invoices are paid. i asked to send me invoice that proof that it paid. He was giving a lot of excuses that he is sending it right not, than that he is looking etc. but never sent them. 2 month calling everyone in fedex, customer service, security and executives didnt resolve anything. Daniil didnt provide any proof, didnt answer on calls or msg for a weeks. Fedex sent bill in 772$ to pay to return parcel. so i had to loose around 550$ worth of stuff in parcel and leave it to fedex. i found more people that Ukraine and states took money but never deliverd parcels they iether were aressted by fedex for fraud account or dissapear somewhere in Europe. Daniil also blocking people on a phone so they cant call him and deleting all negative comments on any social media or telegram of people who has problem with this company.

      I ordered the delivery of a trvar from Ukraine through the Ukraine and States company. The company promised to deliver the goods within 2 weeks. a month after the date of dispatch, a company representative told me that the package was on its way to me. after that, he said that she got lost in the Fedex service. after that, he again sapzal that she was found. The representative of the company does not answer my questions regarding the Fedex track number, he hides it. also does not return compensation for the parcel. It's been 2 months since the shipment. please help me to solve this issue.
