    Joyce Cooling and Heating had made an appt to do annual service on my AC unit, but had said they'd put me on a cancelation list as the soonest appt they could give me was in July. Sure enough, the efficient office staff called me with a cancelation and came last week. ***** was great to work with. He worked outside in the pouring rain without complaint. He was considerate of my sleeping grandchildren when working inside. He even helped me remove my winter cover as we hadn't removed it yet. He couldn't have been nicer. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Joyce Cooling and Heating. And they'll be back in the Fall for furnace cleaning.

    I have used Joyce Cooling and Heating for the replacment of both my air conditioner and furnace- on two separate projects. Recently, Tryen and Kingsly came and replaced my furnace. They were excellent. Their communication, professionalism, customer service skills were A++. They explained what they were going to do and then walked me through what they did when they finished. They set up the new thermostat and cleaned up the area perfectly. Everyone at Joyce Cooling; from the owner, to the administrative team, to the service team are awesome. I highly recommend this company. I believe they are trustworthy, dependable and reliable. They are fair and worth hiring.

    Discovered the AC in the condo was not functioning and called Joyce Cooling & Heating. Needed a total replacement of AC, heat, condenser, etc. given the system was nearly 2 decades old. From the person who assessed the situation (Bill) and spec'ed out the work to the team that worked to do the removal and install over a day and a half in very hot weather, everyone was professional and friendly. Joyce C&H handled the permit, hired the lift to get the unit into the condo's exterior HVAC closet, scheduled and reminded about the work, and the guys arrived on time each day, protected the carpets where they had to walk on them, and were very focused on the job. It was a much larger job than we expected, but they handled efficiently and well. (Posted on behalf of my mother)
