    Last date of service was 05/17/24 Total prices was $10,000 ; originally $3,500 price changed after started Services per proposal,1. Grind out all of the chimney 2. Change any bricks that are damaged 3. Repoint all of the chimney 4. Repair crown / repair mortar on corner's 5. Fully seal all the chimney both (I have 2 chimneys they were going to seal both of them)My dispute is primarily on 4. and 5. though there are bricks that should have been replaced and there are areas grinded but never repointed.All the pictures that are attached are after they had left except for one picture is before to show the condition of shoulder(corner) that they simply put mortar over. Their proposal in writing is fairly vague, but reviewing their gallery's on their website and review sites they have chimney repair pictures that show what I was expecting for the $10,000. The shoulders(corner) I confirmed was covered with Type S mortar and it was placed over existing dirty/in disrepair condition this "repair" will not last. The crown you can see in the pic is what was originally their and a spongey mess of mortar was put over it. I have video showing time spent on shoulders/crown was under an hour and only 1 person. 9 minutes was spent sealing both chimneys and they had no ladder to get to the 2nd chimney, this is off video but impossible this was done correctly.On 05/17 while job was being worked on I gave them check, reviewed video 3:30PM they left right after check received and cashed it. I went out after work and saw a complete mess everywhere dry and wet mortar on my deck, roof, gutters and yard. My new deck has an area roughly 5' x 5' stained/scratched. Also have on video showing the worker was left here immediately after they drove off lay in yard walking around for almost 2 hours doing nothing before picked up Much more to say but out of characters, just looking for a partial refund so I can pay another masonry *** to fix shoulders, crown and clean/seal correctly.

    NH masonry put in a new garage floor and gave me a 30 year warranty as shown on the invoice i uploaded. 3 wweks after the floor was installed it had cracked in several places looking like a shattered windshield. contacted NH masonry and for 4 weeks in a row they said we will be there to fix the floor. after four no shows and several phone calls they refuse to honor there 30 year warranty. i posted a ****** review and once the owner of the company saw the review he contacted me and said take down the review or i will not fix your floor. floor still not fix,
