    BUYER BEWARE. We purchased our lease in February 2023. We purchased it from InfinitiFinance.com. We paid cash and took out a loan with our credit union for the remaining balance. InfinitiFinance.com did not complete the Title correctly and our local DMV kicked it back with a form that needed to be completed to ensure everything was legitimate. InfinitiFinance.com refused to complete the form even though the DMV told us they were legally obligated. Desperate we contacted Infiniti of Nashua to see if they could help. They indicated they could not because they did not sell us the car. The Infiniti Finance Director at the dealership contacted Infiniti Finance for us while we were at their physical location and the IF rep promised the issue was going to be resolved and IF would send the completed form within 2 business days. InfinitiFinance.com did not complete the form; we received nothing. When we called back, IF again refused to complete the form. The Finance Director at the local dealership told us if this continued to be an issue, to contact him and he'd see what he could do. Since we still did not have the completed form after 3 months, I sent the Finance Director an email asking for suggestions. We paid for this vehicle in full on 2/23/23. The Finance Director's resolution: Pay him $1386.00 to resell us the car (that we already own), and he would complete the form. So much for wanting to help!!!!! That was nothing more than EXTORTION! Why would we pay for a vehicle we legally OWN? The form needing completion looked exactly like the back of a title. Easy, right? The DMV just wanted to ensure the sale was legitimate. We found a resolution without INFINITI's assistance, thankfully. We were Infiniti customers for 9 years. Apparently, loyalty to their brand means nothing to this company. I urge everyone to be careful. This will be our last Infiniti!

    This dealership has false advertisement on price of Qx60 Autograph 2023..This company tries to force you to finance with them because of kickback..Buyer beware..I offered cash payment in full..This business refused..In 2023 most car dealerships are willing to take cash money..Very poor customer service..My hard earned money will go elsewhere.

    Bought a brand new 2023 QX50. A sensor went off causing the hood to pop off not from the latch, but from the hinges up near the windshield. There was no impact as I did not hit anything other than just driving in the snow. After inspection of the vehicle the service team agreed that there is no damage to the front of the vehicle that would have caused this sensor to go off. Also stated by the technician, they have never seen this feature, and did not know this was even a feature in the vehicle. I can not drive the vehicle in it's condition and have to wait for an engineer/inspection team to check the vehicle. They are advised by this team to not give me a loaner or do any work on the vehicle. Now the claims department is not calling me back, and the service tech will not answer any questions. **** poor customer service!
