      I had 3 therapy sessions with this company. I have no complaints about the physical therapist, he was a nice guy. My first complaint is that when I got the invoice, I called with a billing question. I called on October 16th and they did not get back to me until October 23rd. The concerns I wanted to discuss were regarding my 2nd & 3rd appointments. I was billed significantly higher for the first appointment, which totally made sense because it was an evaluation. The other 2 appointments were not billed the same yet they were identical appointments. I was there for 1 hour and they put ice on my neck/back, they massaged it and they watched me do my exercises. The woman in billing (she was nice) said the notes stated that at one of the appointments it took me a few minutes longer to complete my exercises. I find this so sleezy. SO SLEEZY!!!! I was there for 1hr, no longer. Whether it took 18 or 22 minutes for the exercises, I was still there for 1 hour. They end with the massage so clearly that was cut short in order to get me out of there within 60 minutes. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place. I could never trust them as far as billing goes. Make sure to review yours closely.
