      We have used Madi exclusively for our plumbing needs since moving into our home. ( There was 1 exception). Our most recent service was in August 2023 to fix a leak below our kitchen sink. In April of this year the piping they had put in began to leak. Actually the pipe disconnected fully from the other pipe. I asked them to stand by their work. They sent someone out grudgingly. He was here under 10 minutes. He basically pushed it back up into the other pipe and said it was a new system that worked on friction. I believe that is the word he used. It should last. I suggested glueing it and he said they dont do that now. This morning I went down to do some work in the basement and there was water everywhere.. at first I thought it was my washing machine. On closer examination I saw the tiles below where my sink is, were saturated with water. I called Masi. I was upset. I even began my call by saying I was upset. With everything that was said to me, I interrupted to make a point. I was given a call back, with no information. With the next call my frustrated increased. I raised my voice, no one was listening to me. They had already begun to make excuses. At the end of this call the person swore at me and said they didnt want me as a customer. One thing he said was, they had said not to put anything touching the pipes underneath. That was never said to me. It was a lie. Even so, nothing was touching the pipes. I keep very little under the sink. I had told them I had a Dr.appointment at 1:30,they said they would send someone at 2. No one was listening again. I was accused again of not listening. Not once in my dealing with them did I swear. It only showed me their lack understanding of what I was going through and lack of respect for an individual who was experiencing the same thing a second time because of the pipe system they put in. I tried to apologize for raising my voice. Would they consider apologizing for shoddy work & swearing.
