    Caution to Prospective Employees and ***************** Our experience with Beacon Energy Solutions was deeply disappointing due to misleading business practices and unethical treatment of employees. In January, my team and Imany of whom are single motherswere abruptly laid off without notice under the false pretense that the company was shutting down. This decision was made during the harshest part of winter, leaving us without income or stability when we needed it most. However, it has since come to light that this claim was used as a pretense to dissolve the team, while the business itself continued operating, piggybacking off the hard work and efforts we had already put in.Additionally, despite being classified as 1099 independent contractors, we were misclassified in our roles, and we have yet to be paid for the hours we worked prior to being let go. Throughout our time at Beacon, we were often left without leadership or direction, as the ownerwho handled all contractswould frequently take weeks to even months to respond to urgent matters. This lack of communication and leadership only added to the instability and disorganization within the company.This lack of transparency, integrity, and ethical business practices raises serious concerns for both prospective employees and anyone considering doing business with this company. I strongly encourage anyone engaging with Beacon Energy Solutions to exercise caution and due diligence. No one deserves to be treated this way.
