    Caution, stay away from this company, they advertise customer satisfaction

    And they DO NOT honor their guarantee. I’m trying to return now due to ill fit & painful experience & they come back with a 10 percent refund offer. They are cheaply made and a very dishonorable company.

    Don't order from them. Cheap quality product. I wasted 65.00+ and they sent me the wrong size. They only suggested me giving boots away and couldn't provide refund. Scam!

    I placed an order for one item in November. I never got a shipping confirmation despite being charged, so I emailed asking for an update and someone named Carrie responded saying the item was prepared and sent to the post office. Still got no package or update so I emailed again on 12/13 requesting a shipping update and tracking information and "Carrie" responded saying she would push my order. A month after placing my order, I still haven't received anything. Judging from other reviews, I never will. I've reported it with PayPal, so hopefully I can get a refund. This is absolutely a scam.
