      6/13/24 $ ***** taken Prices for services are not up front or not answered about over the phone, (not even a range). They take a credit card number to hold your free consultation appointment and tell you will not be charged unless you do not show up. They make you sign a bunch of paperwork before your consult and then they do not inform you that you will be still charged $50 anyways even if you find that what they suggest isnt something you can do price wise or otherwise. They basically hold the money against you and tell you that you can still use your deposit on products or other services however its not what you came in for a consult about and therefore they just take the money regardless. So you end up paying for nothing. They also lure you in with $50 gift card offer that has no conditions on it so you cant even use that to clear out the cost of the supposed free consult. Although I understand their consulting time (which was about ten mins) for me is time they spend with you , its also time I spend with them and it was incredibly embarrassing to be spoken down to when prices were explained and were not in my budget. If they were upfront about a price range I would not of made the appointment. They are not in competitive price range as they say , as Ive had these types of services before. They also belittle other businesses by saying their prices are less because they have cheap equipment. It was an embarrassing and poor experience, leaving me feeling very taken advantage of and scammed for my money. If they had been more forth coming with information and the fact that Id be charged a fee even just for a supposed free consultation then I wouldnt have made the appointment. As Im sure this business has done this to others, I wanted it to be known.
