    Campground.Main complaint: hot tub constantly closed, when asked the 2 female workers about it in the office on August 10 at 6:25 PM, was met with hostility, I then asked for their names, they refused & stated they would get the *** I stated that would be fine. The ** *************************** came in literally yelling at me that how dare I threatened his staff, I disputed, & am adamant to note that I did not yell at anytime, nor be hostile nor make any threats verbally or physically, for reference I am a 44 yo female 52 160 lbs in the medical field for my profession. Come to find out the gm was referring to me stating that I would be contacting their corporate office about this issue, was to him a threat, which obviously it is not. I asked multiple times if there is video recording because I wanted to prove that I in fact did not threaten anyone in anyway shape nor form. The gm replied there is no video. I am fairly certain that I had seen a monitor in the office when the door was open. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager at a business in my life. My husband and I have been going camping to different campgrounds this entire summer throughout *********** and this was absolutely mind boggling.Aside from the horrible staff @ their gm, this campground is dirty. The bathrooms are not kept clean & the pool area was dirty with broken bricks. Young kids were seen driving golf carts and the roads are not very wide causing a lot of near ****** with one time my husband seeing a family going so fast that their young child, approx 2 years of age, fall off. Sites/cabins had 15 people at them with one even having a small ******* U-Haul. I would not even be going this far to report all this if it hadnt been for that ** s inappropriate actions towards me, I am still in disbelief , and wonder how many other consumers he has treated like that that just didnt report it.
